She is in her thirties I guess and sits outside on a bench and talks with a collegue. It is not dangling what she does with her shoes and it is not heelpopping; it's something in between. She does this many times; sometimes hard, sometimes slow. A few times she puts her shoe completely on, but that's only for a few seconds.
