She is a young Asian flight attendant and sits outside taking a break from her job and talks on her cell phone. I know she normally wears pumps but I guess she exchanged her pumps in flat shoes because of the break from her job. Her legs are crossed. The biggest part of her foot comes out of her shoe. She lifts many times her foot up and puts the shoe partially on till the heel of her foot pops out of her shoe. Then she lowers her foot and her foot comes for the biggest part out of her shoe.
