She is a young mother in her twenties. All action is with her right foot. It is more than heelpopping what she does with her shoe but it's not realy dangling; it's something in between. She curls her toes into her shoe. She shakes the shoe with her foot. You can see the inside of her shoe. She can't keep her foot and shoe still. Almost non stop action. There is some noise in the clip but I think it's not disturbing because you can also clearly hear the other sounds. Faceshot from the side.
