She is a middleaged woman. Her shoes are old and well worn. She is not a wild shoeplayer. After about 3 minutes she uses her fingers to put her shoes back on. Later that day I saw her again. Her husband sits in the foreground and wears a big special shoe because he had broken something I suppose. Because of that a part of the shoes of his wife is sometimes less good visible. In the last 1,5 minutes there is less color in the clip: I had to improve the brightness because it was getting dark when I filmed the last part.
