I saw this woman when she was talking to a colleague. She is in her thirties and she dangles her shoe almost nonstop. She mostly dangles with her right shoe but she also does it with her left. Sometimes she dangles fast and sometimes slower.
A part of the video is less sharp because my camera had some problems with focusing the lens but the action is clearly visible. You can see her face from the side but unfortunately it is not sharp.
